Grande Gourmet is commited to quality - quality products and quality service - our suppliers share the same philosophy.

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the product received please contact us so that the issue can be resolved. Any product claim must be received within 24 hours of product delivery.

Chef Ready Products

All products are delievered chef ready, which means ease of use and minimal waste. Our beef and lamb is produced to export specification, at export certified processing plants which means consistency and quality; other suppliers are leaders in their field and have reputations for delivering fine products.

Distribution

Distribution is via courier (Fastways) from our base in Hastings. All orders are packaged into insulated poly containers that are sealed and strapped. Ice packs are included in each carton to ensure that the cold chain remains intact. We are unable to deliver to rural areas, any deliveries for rural customers are required to be forwarded to a nominated urban address.

All orders are subject to a freight and packaging charge. This charge is dependant on weight and sizing of the order.  

Ordering

Ordering is easy. Under each product category you will find images of each product. Click on the image you which to order and a larger photo will appear with space at the bottom of the image for ordering. On completion of your order you can view your selection under Order Now. Your order can be changed at any time. Below the order summary enter your details and delivery address plus any special instructions and submit.

We will prepare your order and forward you the invoice by e-mail. Payment is to be made prior to the order being released. For security reasons we do not want your credit card details but request that you make way to http://paymex.co.nz/PayMe.ashx?id=490jwl in order to make payment. This will direct you automatically to our account at Paymex. This is a free and secure on line method of payment - Paymex are online payment specialists. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Once payment notification has been received from the payment web site your product will be released for delivery.
